At SupaLite SupaStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with the products you’ve bought, you can return them within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition with packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, please submit a returns form here and await our acknowledgement of this. In some cases, we may offer a convenient alternative to returning large items - please email help@supalitesupastore.co.uk or complete the contact us form to enquire.
Please note:Â we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 15% of the total price of the returned goods, where items are not damaged, faulty or have been received in error (on the part of SupaLite SupaStore).Â
Damages and issues
If the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly address the issue with our couriers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â

Please note: bespoke items and roof lanterns cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged
